Separate visualization from physical experience
Use the configured view for footprint, post positions, roof layout and enclosure comparisons. Use physical samples to compare finish colour and texture, and a display to handle controls or inspect the actual mechanism. Ask buyers to save the online alternatives they want to discuss, then use the visit to settle the choices that need a sample or demonstration.
Connect both channels to one selection
Save the product discussed online and make it available during the consultation. Specify how the saved design will be retrieved at the showroom, including the product reference and revision. If a showroom conversation changes glazing or finish, retain that change with an identifiable configuration and matching quotation.
Measure the combined journey
Review whether visitors arrive with clearer preferences and whether showroom choices reach the quote without being rewritten. Track channel and outcome using consistent definitions. Keep access permissions and commercial prices appropriate to the role using the same catalog.
