Describe the supplied system
Prepare a product matrix covering family, dimensions, fixing choice, material and accessories. For each interface, identify the required mating part or review input. A wall-mounted and freestanding version may need different components even with the same footprint. Use the manufacturer's references to define those dependencies, and distinguish catalog-valid selections from site-specific decisions.
Retain the site review
Collect the site information required by your project process and distinguish provisional inputs from verified measurements. A configurator can structure product choices and review status, but a 3D view does not establish structural suitability or regulatory approval. Assign responsibility for those decisions and retain the relevant drawings and technical documents.
Control the order handoff
Agree the customer quotation, component data and project documents generated from the configuration. Specify version and approval status for every released output. Include each required output in the implementation brief and verify a site-driven change before issuing a revised specification to sales, production or installation.
