Understanding displayed pergola prices

A displayed price is useful when its quantities, commercial inputs and included services are defined and maintained.

Identify the calculation basis

Record unit, length, area or package pricing for each item. Include dimensional thresholds, accessories, minimum charges and rounding. The product preview and calculation should use the same configuration, so a changed screen size or glass layout updates the relevant commercial lines.

Explain which scope is included

Define delivery, installation, tax inputs and dealer terms under the business's actual policy. State which values are provisional when site information is missing. Elite Aluminum's Configurix implementation includes automatic quotations with individual item SKUs; your quote checks should include the services and charges relevant to your business.

Keep price states distinct

New choices can use current approved prices while saved drafts follow an explicit recalculation policy. Issued proposals retain their terms unless deliberately revised. Validate price-list maintenance and a customer returning to an older project before relying on the displayed amount operationally.
