Prepare an identifiable commercial document
The proposal should state the selected product, scope, price, validity and acceptance terms. Identify its revision and intended recipient. A configuration still awaiting measurements or approval should follow the business's explicit proposal policy, not become an accepted installation order silently.
Scope the signature connection
Specify the signing provider you intend to use and request a technical review of the proposed connection. The brief should identify the quote document, version, recipient, status updates and where the completed record will be stored. Include expiry, decline and interrupted-signing cases in acceptance checks. Make implementation of this step explicit in the delivery scope.
Test status and revision cases
Verify expiry, decline, interruption and duplicate notifications. Check how a revised product and proposal affect a previous acceptance request. Preserve the original commercial record, and distinguish document acceptance from separate payment, survey and order-release prerequisites.
Implementation checklist
- Identifiable proposal revision
- Provider scope
- Failure and duplicate handling
- Order prerequisites remain distinct
