Make selections understandable
Explain dimensions, compatible options and included accessories using the actual product range. Provide clear behavior when another choice makes an option unavailable. A customer should be able to identify the roof, enclosure and finish supporting the current proposal, rather than interpret a code list or disconnected picture.
Keep revisions visible
A changed design should produce an identifiable new specification and deliberate commercial revision. Review the product rules and affected quote lines when making the revision. Explain the affected scope and price to the buyer instead of letting the displayed design and issued document drift apart.
Observe the customer's experience
After a proposal, ask whether the buyer can identify the chosen roof, understand what is included and explain the next step. Record recurring questions under product choice, quotation scope and project communication. Review corrections that arose because the customer and salesperson understood an option differently. Those records help the team improve labels, comparisons and documents.
