Document the current sales path
Follow a real inquiry through product discovery, option choice, price calculation, proposal and project handoff. Record the information each person needs and the places where it is rewritten. Choose a representative range for the first implementation instead of trying to automate every exceptional product at once.
Prepare product and commercial inputs
Prepare a small implementation pack: catalog drawings, dimensional limits, compatible options, item identifiers, current price rules and three checked quotes. Include an open-sided design, an enclosed design and a project that needs an exception. Mark where staff currently add delivery, installation or a discount. Name the people who approve product rules and commercial calculations so the first release has a clear acceptance path.
Release with practical acceptance checks
Run a standard design, invalid combination and changed quote through the complete process. Check that customer-facing documents and internal records describe the same revision. Agree first release, pilot and operational rollout milestones and use actual process evidence to decide when the next range is ready.
