Define coverage and catalog availability
Identify the product ranges and supply or installation services your business provides in each territory. List the products available through each dealer, the areas they serve and the work they handle themselves or through partners. Keep item identifiers consistent across customer documents and translated labels, and assign responsibility for confirming project measurements.
Assign commercial responsibilities
For each territory, identify who answers inquiries, prepares quotes and arranges delivery or installation. Compare the costs of those services with the prices offered by each dealer. Define who maintains product availability, translates customer documents and approves exceptions. Use checked quotations from the businesses involved to test those responsibilities before extending the sales process.
Expand from a verified pilot
Test one representative dealer project and a changed quote before expanding access. Review item identifiers, document language, revision handling and the records passed to the next team. Track inquiries, quotes and completed orders separately for each territory, alongside delivery costs and dealer support effort. Use those results to decide which product ranges and partners to expand next.
