Define the useful interaction
Tie each interaction to a buying question. Roof choices help compare operation, enclosure choices help compare openness and finish swatches help compare appearance. Show the selected option name and explain any affected component or price scope. If another choice makes an accessory unavailable, give the reason and offer the valid alternatives instead of leaving the buyer with an unexplained reset.
Retain the preferred design
Keep a readable specification with the quote request. Save alternatives separately and let sales identify the design behind the request. A salesperson can then discuss the actual roof, glazing and footprint rather than begin again from an unstructured contact message.
Measure the next meaningful step
Track submitted inquiries, commercial fit and proposals alongside product interactions. Check that the customer can complete the intended path on mobile and receives the appropriate next-step information. Use observed progression to evaluate engagement rather than assigning commercial value to every product-view event.
